I. Shipping Policy
Fulfillment
Shipping times vary by location but typically range between 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Signature Requirement
Orders containing diffusers or high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for your package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order. Final rates are displayed at checkout.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that the value of your order be declared on the package. Delays may occur if local customs agents hold or inspect your shipment.
Riosense is not responsible for any such delays or additional fees.
II. Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our diffusers and fragrance oils. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.
General Return Policy
You may return or exchange unused Riosense products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Please contact service@riosense.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Diffuser Return Policy
• Diffusers must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals.
• Used diffusers are not eligible for return or refund.
• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Fragrance Oils & Consumables
Fragrance oils and scent cartridges should be unopened and sealed to qualify for return. Opened or used oils cannot be refunded due to product integrity and safety regulations.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email service@riosense.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Point of Purchase
Only products purchased directly through Riosense.com can be returned to Riosense. Items purchased through authorized retailers or distributors must be returned through the original seller in accordance with their policies.
Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return request has been approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.
Please:
• Ship your item within 5 business days of approval.
• Include all accessories, cords, bottles, and packaging.
• Remove any fragrance oil before returning a diffuser to avoid internal damage.
• Use a trackable shipping method.
Riosense is not responsible for lost, damaged, or untrackable return packages.
III. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
IV. Subscription & Promotional Terms
Subscription Programs
Certain Riosense products may be offered as part of subscription or fragrance refill programs. By enrolling, you agree to the minimum term and billing conditions stated at checkout.
If you choose to cancel a subscription before completing the required term, any promotional discounts or free products received under that plan may be charged back or deducted from your refund.
Promotional & Mystery Items
Promotional items, free gifts, and “mystery” products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
V. Non-Refundable Fees

This charge is non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
VI. Exceptions
To ensure quality standards and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or used:
• Diffusers that contain fragrance oil
• Opened oils, cartridges, or scent refills
VII. Disclaimers
• Riosense reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during return transit.
• Riosense is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
